This is a heavy, gold tone metal buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Bergamot Brass Works, Arroyo Grande Leather & Buckle Company and Siskiyou Leather & Buckle Company, back in 1977. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the pictures it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs around 7.7 oz.
