A name and phone number are written in ink on the inside front cover, as photographed. The white part of the cover is slightly discolored, and the lower right corner is a bit damaged. After the first page, the binding is slightly pulled away (as photographed), but the overall binding is fine. None of these issues impact the overall quality or readability.There are no tears, water damage, or dog-eared pages. There are a few pages with pencil doodling and pen marks. See photos.
