Tears: None Corners: Top page have very, very minor scuffs to tip, three teeny, tiny folds, a tiny paper loss to a tip + a 3/8" fold while bottom corners are very good save last page bottom corner had a 7/8" fold & a 1/8" to very tip. Cover are square with very minor scuffs to tips + color loss to top front corner. Binding: Very tight, foil is bright, complete & attached; spine corners are very, very good. Cover: Front is very, very good save board edges have spots of paper cover loss showing white + inside top corner has a small paper cover loss showing the board. Back is like new.
