Lionel Trains ZW 275 Watt Multi Control Transformer MODEL R Docket Sticker RARE

Description: You are bidding on a Lionel Trains ZW MODEL R 275 Watt Multi Control Transformer Tested Layout Ready. Model R Stamped on base plate and RARE Docket no. 115-50 Cleveland Ohio sticker on bottom (have never seen this) The 275-Watt Model R was the best post-war ZW model in that it used real resistors instead of the white resistance wire for whistle control (those were designated ZW (R)). Transformer is in nice working condition, plus as a bonus a photo copy of the original instruction sheet + 2 lock-ons + 2 sets of 2 wires for connecting your transformer to the track. Transformer has been rewired with a new "L" power cord that is in nice shape and is pliable. No cracks noticed to plastic case. Transformer has been bench tested and all functions work properly at the time of testing. Rollers, circuit breakers and whistle rectifiers were all checked and replaced if needed. Plastic case and metal base plates on transformers may or may not have some scratching / minor surface rust. Please see all pictures for condition. A nice addition for your electric train.
