Description: This transformer has not been tested. I did plug it in, and green light blinks. Don't know what that means. There is minor rust around the green light and on the plug, see pictures. No rust on connections to track/accessories and those freely move as does the toggle on the right side. Needs a cleaning. Sold AS IS, no returns. I do combine shipments, and am listing/have listed other Lionel items, so if you are purchasing more than one, please let me know and WAIT for an invoice to avoid duplicate shipping charges.
