This pedal is a completely new concept that allows you to intuitively control all of these. There are five knobs: compression level gain color1 and color2. The compression function follows Limetone Audio'・s compressor pedal focus and achieves studio equipment quality compression with simple operation. The timing when the LED lights up the intensity of the light and the timing when it goes off allow you to intuitively grasp the compression status. The level and gain knobs are located after compression and clean boost is possible with level and gain boost is possible with gain. In particular the gain boost has a tone curve setting that is optimal for pushing the distortion of the subsequent pedal/amp allowing you to create a powerful drive sound. Both color1 and color2 are knobs that control the mid-range and the 12 o'・clock position is flat. Another feature of the FOCUS-NX is that turning either color1 or color2 above 15:00 produces a distinctive midrange sound. color1 has a slightly higher frequency and color2 has a slightly lower frequency. Turning color1 up to near its maximum produces a modern sound while turning color2 up produces a sound similar to an old-fashioned half-stop wah. It is assumed that only one side will be turned up but it is also possible to turn up both to produce a more aggressive sound.
