Description: LIGHT BLUE AQUA BROOKFIELD CREB [405] Front crown: {backwards} 3/(arc) W. BROOKFIELD/55 FULTON ST./N.Y. Rear crown: (arc) CAUVETS/PAT./JULY. 25. 1865/PAT. JAN. 25 1870/PAT. FEB. 22. 1870 Light blue aqua. All of the embossings are strong & easily readable, including every period, which from my experience is not always the case with CREBS. There is some light scuffing to the backwards "3" on the dome. There is one tiny rust spot in the wire groove on the right mold line that could be easily soaked off. You might find a few light scuffs or micro scratch but this is virtually damage free. A nice clean piece - VNM+ condition. Please examine all of the photos carefully to help you with your decision.
