(ACCEPTABLE/ANTIQUE) Binding has loose points, some split gutters, but all pages are attached. Book flips ok, just stiff in places. Hardcovers and edges are dusty, and there's a 3 inch split on the bottom of the spine on the back. Pages have sporadic foxing. Just a couple pages have pencil markings. There's a stain in the gutter in the back of the book and the last 5 pages or so, does not obstruct any text. Has an old book smell but nothing out of the ordinary for a book it's age.
