Life-Like Proto 1000 HO Baltimore & Ohio BUDD RDC-2 #6550, SEALED/MINT IN BOX!

Description: Beautiful, HO scale Life-Like Proto 1000 Baltimore & Ohio RDC-2 Powered Diesel Combine (Baggage/Coach), in Absolutely Mint Condition In Original Box. Road # 6550, Stock # 23972. RDC is NOT DCC Ready. Take a look at the photos (enlarged) and see what you think. (Pardon any camera flash reflection.) ALL factory-installed detail parts appear to be present, as RDC is still sealed inside the styrofoam insert by factory-applied cellophane wrapping! Because it is still-sealed, I could not test the locomotive and I'm therefore certainly selling it "As Is" of course, with no returns once fully opened. The body shell appears to be "perfect/new". From what I can see through the clear plastic window, the blackened metal wheels are pristine clean and indicate NO use! RDC obviously has NEVER been run. First 10 photos are of actual item buyer will receive. Last 6 photos are of the previously sold identical mate RDC-2 (only difference is the road #), which was used and therefore I had more detailed pictures of all 6 sides. RDC-2 comes equipped with interior seating, directional headlights, Proto 2000 magnetic knuckle couplers, machined brass flywheel, heavy die cast chassis, 8-wheel electrical pickup, RP25 contour blackened metal wheels and a balanced 5-pole skew wound armature. Alternate horn-hook couplers are included in still-sealed baggie stored in insert pocket. Original paperwork is also included (see 9th & 10th photos). Box is lightly shelf-worn, and it still remains in excellent/solid condition with window completely intact. Styrofoam insert & clear plastic cover are also both in excellent shape.
