There are layers of fabric with tulle near the bottom which makes the lower part of the dress very full. The top layer has beads, sequins, and lace. It is gorgeous in person and the tangerine fabric and has a distinct sheen to it, especially in the light. This dress is in excellent, clean condition. Made in the USA. Care is hand wash, drip dry.
