Description: Leica Leitz III C Shark Skin 1949/50 Wartime CLA'D ______________________________________________________________________________________ Original Leica Leitz Wetzlar III C "Shark Skin" L39 / screw mount camera body from 1949/50 In Excellent mechanic ,and operative condition with signs of use in the chrome very common in this type of 3C with Shark Skin , some marks and scratches on the bottom plate and some on the top plate ,minimal brassing , several chrome damage sports trought the body ,complete leatherate. In excellent condition this is a perfect item to be used , the camera works fine and it has a recent CLA. All speeds working.Excellent contrast on the telemeter. Camera was film tested by previous owner. Cosmetic: body is in Excellent + Condition with some signs of use , Shark skin it's complete ,no bumps ,no dings. Some marks and light scratches on the bottom plate and very few on the top plate. Some Minor brassing and several chrome damage dots . Overall in good shape for collect or use most signs are the chrome damage due to the age of these units with shark skin many of them look like that Mechanical : No problems works perfectly , speeds working. The camera can be used. 1st curtain in Excellent condition , 2nd Curtain in Excellent condition too. Optics : Clear finder , Excellent contrast on the telemeter patch looks very good with the CLA. no dust and no fungus. Finder and telemeter both looks like new.
