Downtown Diner includes the Diner on the bottom floor, a boxing gym on the second floor and a recording studio on the top floor. This set includes 6 minifigures: a chef, waitress, boxer, bodybuilder, rock star and manager, all are unique to this set. Downtown Diner measures 13 high, 9 wide and 9 deep. There is some slight yellowing on a few of the white pieces. The set is 100% complete but I dont have the manual or box. It has been disassembled, washed/sanitized and inventoried according to the piece count on lego.com. Note: I started legoing with my grandson several years ago when he was a toddler...he has since moved on to other interests and left me addicted!! All "used" legos posted were assembled and immediately stored in my outdoor lego building (that is running out of room) and will be a great addition to your collection! Free shipping!
