Description: This is for a Retired 2012 Lego City Set of 4431 Ambulance that is Brand New & Sealed, the box does however, show Mild Wear from Age & Storage. This type of mild wear comes in the form of a slight crease that can be found on the back (last photo) of the box and corner wear that can be seen on nearly every corner, and few markings that show wear to the print on the box that can be found in the first photo on the front near the bottom where a sticker used to be, on the side in the fifth photo near the bottom, and on the back near the very top in the natural crease folds of the box. All four seals are intact and tight as best seen in the last photo. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. This set was tagged as limited availability by the manufacturer as seen in the first photo by the presence of a sticker.
