All parts are as per the inventory with no substitutes. All the plumes, including the black ones are included, and the small black plume is unused and still attached to the sprue. The minifigures are in very nice condition and include all the shields and weapons. The set is in very good vintage condition set. The light gray has some color variation due to age.
