SELLER'S NOTE: I've included pictures of the newspaper clippings and both the front/back of ticket stub. Ticket stub measures approximately 1.50" by 2.10". Front of ticket stub has some light staining. Back of ticket stub has some minor impressions from being removed out of a photo album along with some writing. Otherwise, ticket stub is in good condition with minimal creasing. Also, there are no pinholes on ticket stub, either. Newspaper clippings measures approximately 3.40" by 4.90" and 4.50" by 5.25" and are embedded onto the photo album page. The smaller clipping has a small half inch tear along bottom edge. Otherwise, both clippings are in overall good condition with normal wear and yellowing due to age. Items will be backed with cardboard and placed in plastic sleeve for protection prior to shipping.
