Plug and Play. Other modifications may be needed depending on the look you are after. The OEM speedo has a green film over certain parts of the gauges (see pictures). This can easily be scraped off with sand paper and a few common tools. There are YouTube videos on how to do it. There are also You tube Videos to help with installation and disassembly.
