All of our comics have been stored in a cool, dry, smoke free environment since we purchased them. It has the normal cover, edge, corner and spine wear of a comic this grade other than noted. Though the spine shows wear and has 1.5" piece of tape on it at the middle, the interiors are creamy white and solid.
