His Father Bob Casey was Sheriff dying of a heart attack in 1950. It appears Casey was appointed or won a special election and was running for "re-election" in 1951. It appears he won. These fans were undoubtedly passed out at local un-airconditioned churches. Think To Kill a Mockingbird or Inherit the Wind. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.
