There are NO broken parts. The two light-up laser blocks work but one is a little finicky to turn on and is not as bright (see photo). It is an open box. The box has some damage from opening (see photos). The instruction book is in very good condition. The set is complete but only has 3 rubber bands. It is missing the 4th extra rubber band. You only need 2 to build the complete set. There are three included but it is supposed to come with four. Please refer to the pictures for details and email me with any questions.
