The sign is a print, poster on poster board.Sign is double sided.Sign stands 28 inches and is 22 inches wide.There were other promotional advertisement signs in addition to this one from the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the MGM sister properties.This sign came from one of the sister properties, Bellagio Hotel & Casino, owned by the MGM.The Bellagio is a Las Vegas strip property with dancing waters.Just recently the Bellagio fountains hosted the NFL draft.This sign would of been placed in a pedestal poster metal sign stand sporadically and strategically throughout the Bellagio casino and the hotel to advertise the upcoming UFC event at its sister property the MGM Grand Garden Arena at the MGM.Note the "B" Bellagio trademark at the bottom center of the sign.There are not many promotional signs distributed throughout the sister properties.If this UFC promotional sign was staged at additional MGM sister properties it would have been trademarked for that specific property.These signs are usually discarded, given to employees, or donated after the events.If you are a UFC MMA, or a Las Vegas fan this is a rare collectible to own.It would be an impressive historical piece of memorabilia framed and hung.I am a Las Vegan for 44 years and I worked casinos for 38 years.
