large world globe mid century modern base 1969 Nat Geo

Description: This floor globe was copyrighted by National Geographic in 1969 and shows the USSR instead of Russia. (The globe was made by Replogle for Nat Geo.) The globe measures 18" in diameter including the plastic rim and stands about 38" tall. It sits on a wooden base with 4 tapered legs in the classic mid-century modern style. It has been in my office for years and is in very good condition. Local pickup in the Philadelphia or Washington DC region is preferred. However, I have included USPS ground shipping and UPS ground as options. (If you have another idea let me know.)
