The mortar is approximately 5.5 inches tall and 6.75 inches in diameter at the top Condition Description: Cast iron and heavy. The mortar with the pestle inside weights over 13 pounds! Authentic and original. The pestle has "Greenwood" embossed on it. The mortar has "Greenwood 2" in raised letters on the side of the pestle. This is over 100 years old, and as such, has some areas of tarnish/rust. The top edge has some rough areas -- not sure if it was from the Manufacuring process, or from years of use wearing it away a little. Refer to the multiple pictures.
