Description: A 1922 Ordnance Survey Atlas of England & Wales, containing twenty four linen backed, double spread folio maps. It was printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton and is quarter inch to the mile scale. It is red cloth bound, with gilt titles and measures 35.5 cm high x 40.5 cm wide x 2 cm thick. It has a key showing roads, rivers, train lines etc, plus a full A to Z town and village index. It has bumped corners and a small tear at the top of its spine and is in a good clean condition, with no problems to its binding, as shown in photo's.
