Description: Whether you need one more setting for Christmas or are just looking for a festive centerpiece base, this vintage Pimpernel placemat could be it! Made in England and larger than some -- this one at 15 3/4" x 11 3/4" -- this placemat features the art of Nicola Rabbett, imprinted with her signature and the Pimpernel name. The colors is plum/burgundy around a tan/cream colored rectangular center on which a branch of red and green holly is show. Around the border are abstract shapes in reverse colors. The placemat, front and back, is exceptionally clean, but there is a tiny nick (barely perceptible) on the tip of one of the holly leaves, which we've marked in one of the photos. We've adjusted the price accordingly.
