Description: This is the anti reverse gear to a Lanshire clock movement that would have an XL7 motor. This gear only works on XL7 motors that have a small pin for them to ride on. If your gears are plastic, there may or may not be a pin for this gear. The design before this did not have an anti reverse gear. It used a fiber piece placed between the double stack gears to stop the motor when it tried to run backwards. Let me know if you have questions. We repair and rebuild Lanshire clock movements. The gear you receive may be a different color. Lanshire molded them in all sorts of colors but the mold is still the same.
