Description: Recieved this rod with terrible cork. I refilled it properly. I also did some custom resin work. Using carbon fiber and resin. Since this is only my 3 rd rod using this new resin, I’m asking a humble price. I looked up what a 8’6” blank of a g1000 pro and priced it the same. (Just the graphite) this rod ain’t the prettiest. However it just may be one of the toughest. As I reinforced everything properly. Rod is super comfortable in hand. I had to replace the very bottom eye. So I did. It will not fail in our lifetime. Rod was customed to bank 40lb chinook repeatedly without having to ever be worried over. Enjoy!
