The pictures I have taken show that the book is intact but the cover is definitely worn. It almost appears to have been saved from a housefire at some point. But the book does not have a distinct smell of smoke so that part might’ve happened years and years ago. Also included the only other book like this in my photos as well. This is a great book for collectors .
