I would say very good condition, they both flip up and down well, the hardware looks in very good shape, no breaks in the seat frames, black anchoring supports have drill holes for concrete installation. Seat backs (front and back) and seating area(s) (front and back) are in very good condition, no splits or broken panels. The hologram sticker has faded but it's still on one of the seats. We were given paperwork regarding the sale but unfortunately it has been lost. These are not going to be sold at an outrageous price, we only ask for local pickup, very heavy, you need a pick-up truck. Go Dodgers!
