Description: La Canadienne 1855 Schooner Wood model KitH.LeClercVintage Kit Out of Production The Canadienne was a Canadian Government Coast Guard Oceans and Fisheries Schooner. She patrolled the Gulf of St Lawrence. In 1875 unfortunately ran ashore in Nova Scotia and was her last trip. This vintage kit comes with 2 different coloured rigging spools, wooden display stand with instructions, Blueprint and instruction manual , 1 piece of cloth to cut sails and the template to cut the sails. Numerous pieces bagged and unbagged.Solid wood shaped hull measures approximately 15 1/2 inches . With the bow spirit and masts it is 24 inches long.Rigging instructions are are on blueprint manual.Please view photos for item contents and condition.The Leclerc family in Quebec started building pre built kits many decades ago and then went on to DIY kits. This is an enjoyable build and a beautiful display piece with the black and red hull once completed. As with any kit, Glue, sandpaper and paint not included. We are shipping during the postal strike.
