Are they gonna work? Yes, it doesn't matter in what order the connectors are labelled, because the connection matches light-to-light, not light-to-connector. In this case, to get them to work just make sure the BGR+ of the light strip on both sides are aligned. Do the connectors only go one direction (right/left)? No, they go both left and right angles. If the RGB+ of the connector don't line up with the strip's when turning a certain angle, just disregard the order difference. Just make sure the RGB+ of one strip match the other strip's. What light strips will work with these connectors? The connectors only work with 4-pin 10mm (0.39inch) 3528 or 5050 RGB LED light strips.
