Description: Here we have a rare hand colored etching by Claude Joseph Vernet (Aviñón, 1714 - París, 1789). The full title of which is L' Entrée du Port Mahon dans L' Isle de Minorque, Gravé d' apres le Tableau de Vernet. We have removed the print for inspection (see photos). The print is in good condition with minor foxing. There is some scuffing primarily at the top not affecting image. It has been professionally framed. The classic vintage frame measures 13 3/8" by 11 1/8" and the mat cut out is 8 3/4" by 6 3/4". Please see the other Vernet in a matching frame we are selling. Shipping weight, well packed, is 3 lbs.
