It also shows a dhow and the coat of arms of Kuwait depicting a falcon and a dhow. The note’s reverse depicts a silver pomfret (Al Zubaidi) which is Kuwait’s most popular fish. The reverse also displays a hawksbill sea turtle. It contains a 3-mm wide color-changing StarBright windowed security thread with a demetallized CBK 1/2 and Arabic text. It also has a watermark that reveals a falcon’s head, an electrotype Arabic text, and cornerstones. The note is 120 x 68 mm in size and bears the signatures of Mohammad Yousef Al-Hashel and Anas Al-Saleh. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition.
