Description: K.O.LEE B10PF GRINDER CONTROL CNC HANDWHEEL JOG This is a complete control for the included stepper. It provides jog control, but more importantly, handwheel control in three ranges. There is a position display, and a Fanuc handwheel to run the stepper. Belt couple the stepper to a lead screw or ballscrew for tight control over position.It is perfect for a single axis grinding solution. This was used on a KO Lee Tool grinder to perform a precision operation. We retrofit a motion controller in place of this (for auto dressing). This was working perfectly. It could be used to drive anything that you belt couple to the included stepper motor. There was a 460 volt receptacle on the side of the control box that was removed because it wasn't fuse protected (for workhead). This motor drove a ballscrew mounted on the right side of the machine. If you have a KO lee grinder, and want to convert it- Leblond has the ball screw, bearing and mounting pieces, or if you can do some milling, you can do it yourself.
