Description: This is a vinyl-covered, internally wood-braced original Klispch subwoofer enclosure for the ProMedia Ultra 5.1. Enclosure has a rear horizontal port. Size is 15 3/8” deep, 13 1/2” wide and 12 1/2” high, resting on four rubber feet. The enclosure weighs 27 pounds. The amplifier panel that mounts to the rear would measure 9.5” x 10.5” and mounts with 12 included screws. (An amplifier is not included in this listing). Two 8” 100 watt 6-ohm impedance speakers are included. They have a removable harness that connects them in series and have removable steel grills. The ProMedia Ultra 5.1 (2004-2008) enclosure can be distinguished from the earlier (2001-2003) ProMedia 5.1 enclosure by its larger size (3/8” longer, 2” wider, 1/2” taller, 6.7 pounds heavier) and rear port. The amplifier panels for both versions of ProMedia 5.1 have the same dimensions, and the sub enclosures can be used with either system.
