This is a smaller, solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made in the U.S.A., by O.C. Tanner, of Salt Lake City, in 1981. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-3/4" x 2-1/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.1 oz.
