It officially went away in the early 1990's when it and it's corporate owner - Major Lock Supply - were purchased by another distributor in Los Angeles, Robert Skeels & Co. Lots of consolidation in the wholesale hardware environment in southern California. This loose-leaf catalog, in a branded 3-ring binder, is Catalog #61. We presume that it was published in 1961. It's a good representation of what was available from a specialty wholesaler in the builders hardware and locksmith supply business in Los Angeles in the mid-20th century.
