Description: Hello and thank you for looking! I have performed repair and testing on this power supply to bring it back into working order. The only thing I was unable to get to meet OEM tolerance was for load regulation, even after the OEM adjustment procedure was followed. If that function does not concern you, then this unit works very well for all other functions. A performance results data sheet will be provided along with the unit. You may notice that there is a line of paint on the face plate. That was there from the previous owner. I have not attempted to remove it. Also they have marked the rear terminals with ball point pen, which I assume can be removed with basic IPA. There also was missing hardware for the handle, so I installed functional hardware to properly re-attach the handle. The OEM is selling these for over $2700, so while this unit does not include all of the attachments that would have been originally included, you would still be getting a very good quality unit at one tenth the price of new! The unit has not been tested for GPIB functionality, as I have no means to do so. I stand by the unit as being functional and operating. I will accept returns only if the device for some reason arrives to you not working and also with regards to no damage due to shipping. Other than that, returns will not be accepted.
