Description: KENTUCKY UNUSED Motorcycle Cycle License plate 5083B Plate is in Excellent to mint unused condition. The back of plate is blue with a scratch probably where a price sticker had been. Check out the picture carefully since that shown will be the one that you will receive. Reverse of plate with shiny blue is difficult to take since it shows shadows. All licence plates offered are expired and are sold as collectible, hobby or souvenir items and never for display on any type of motor vehicle. The only exception would be vintage plates sold for YOM (year of manufacture).
