Pile is very good condition with not much wear for a used carpet. The last photo shows a very slight stain mark at about 12 o'clock on the photo. Second to last photo shows the condition of an edge of the carpet, that shows very lite wear. Some of the edges show no wear at all. There are no odors that I detect of smoke or pets.I have had the carpet cleaned and is ready to use.Please see all photos and feel free to ask questions.Thank you for looking.
