Description: This is a great linocut print by the Kansas artist Richard Bergen 1925-2020. Bergen is known mostly for his sculpture including the Native American statue on top of the Kansas state house. This comes in a simple black wood frame with a grey mat. It is not backed with cardboard and I would say the framing was done in the last 20 years. I see no mat burn. Ready to hang on the wall. The image is 9 by 11 3/4 inches. The only other copy we found for sale was around $1000.00. Fresh out of a estate of someone who had lived in Kansas for a number of years.
