Description: KAELUS IPA-0707A Portable PIM Analyzer Unit #1 READ!! I'm selling this unit AS-IS because I have no way of testing it. Unit has a partially broken handle as seen in the photo. Powers up with a "3.3V Rail Failure," but after you boot it again it does not. Touch screen works fine and it comes in the factory hard case. I would consider unit in very nice physical condition minus the broken handle. Connector in excellent condition. Will not come with a battery or a charger because I only have 1 in order to power on the units.
