Description: KA-BAR Stockman Pocketknife, Vintage, Made In USA: I love yellow pocketknives. One of my favorites is a large-frame Texas Toothpick with translucent yellow handles. I believe it's a Case. This here candidate knife is also very nice. See the photos for this 3-blade stockman-pattern. Handles are translucent to show the bright color underneath. No chips, cracks, discolorations or gaps. Yellow is offset by nickel-silver "birds eye" pivot pins stabilizing the solid and square brass frame. Springs are intact and the carbon steel blades have terrific walk and talk. Blades have slight sharpening-loss and has gas-damage from dwelling with celluloid handled knives. Pitting appears on all three blades, but no rust in the pits. No sharpening gouges. Cavity is clean; knife is polished bright inside and out. Previous owner used this knife hard (Union/Ka-Bar are made to be workhorses) but kept it clean, polished and oiled. Apparently he didn't know about celluloid gas-damage. Mailing only to USA-48. Postage is usually between $5.00 and $6.26. Buyer pays $4.00, I will pay the rest. Please see my other knives and save postage. I am liquidating my entire collection; please keep me in your favorite sellers, watching for Old Bryan's Old Knives or the seller name below.
