Description: The beautiful Jumeau DEP antique doll's head has been lighted and is free of hairlines but has a lot of glue residue where her original human hair wig was glued on. It is still glued onto one side of her head so I left it that way. The doll has the most gorgeous paperweight sleep eyes with her original eyelashes and eyewax. She has the famous DEP Mona Lisa smile. Her body is old and has areas that have been repainted along with a few repairs. I left her boots on because the ties look so fragile and I didn't want to disturb them. Her dress is badly faded with the true color of it showing in back. Note that there is a spot on the back of her bonnet that looks to me sort of like it was burned or something. This doll has such a lovely face and reminds me of some of French dolls my grandmother had that I used to be allowed to look at when I was very young.
