The dress and lining are 100% cotton; the tassels have been removed (you can see them on the Antique White dress in the stock photos to see if this alteration would bother you). The fabric is shirred below the waist seam to add fullness to the silhouette. In the photo of the mannequin, the crinkles freaked out the camera and made the color look two-tone and streaky ~~ it is perfectly fine. Marked size L and may work for other sizes so please check measurements of the dress. Bust almost 43, waist 40 inches, length about 47 inches.
