I range EX from 83-93 and overall the album played as 93 less B1 and B2 that were more in the 90 range. The vinyl looks perfect but the play is driving the EX grade. The sleeve is scored as VG+ with the most significant issue being the split on the top seam. Thankfully straight on you really can't see it and overall it looks better than VG+ but it is what it is.
