Description: Very rare Canadian Capitol Records release, conductor John Keating doing orchestral retreads of old British TV series themes--The Persuaders, The Onedin Line etc. Basically a wedding of easy listening and TV soundtrack music. It's fine to listen to BUT the real reason to buy this album is the extremely kitschy cover--check out the tired blonde in silver metallic eyeshadow and lipstick desperately holding on to her foil skirt. Note her cheesy silver metallic tights--yep, the producers of this album were too cheap to buy her some go-go boots! And yes, her boob-revealing tube top and miniskirt are ACTUALLY made of aluminum foil--take a close look and you will see it too. Ha! A must have for the ol' crazy record cover collection. Jacket is in very good condition--no cutouts or stickers, etc. Disc looks very clean. We play tested and heard the occasional pip or pop but no bad scratches or consistent surface noise. We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc. We play test most of our albums and our grading reflects that. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
