Description: Used 17Hp Kawasaki FC540V engine off a JD 265. In good shape, compression is good, at 130 lbs. Starts easily, no smoke, no leaks, runs strong, no odd noises. Hours on engine is 869.9. Just mount up and add fuel, oil, oil filter. Engine is complete, comes with shaft bolt. I dose not come with the muffler, pto, fuel, hour meter, or oil. Drive shaft is 1 1/8" in Dia, and 3 5/32" in long, is keyed and threaded. Oil drain tube will be removed for shipment to prevent damage to lower case, it will be included in crate, add some sealant and bolt back on. Engine fits many models and manufactures, please check your application before purchase. No warranty on engines. Engine will be shipped Via UPS/FedEx, in a crate. Engine will not be shipped with fuel or oil, oil will need to be added before operation.
