Please note that there sometimes can be a slight color variation from Photo to actual art work Joan Pontius i Bonet, Catalan painter, born in Barcelona on November 28th 1927 and died in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France, on April 4, 1984. The work of Joan Pontius Bonet was a true reflection of his tormented life, he saw one light in Barcelona November 28, 1927. Three years later came his brother Antonio and 36 his sister Marisol. 40 to 42 was domestic in Mataro Salesians and the following year began to study painting at the studio of Ramon Rogent, a painter who always had a great admiration for this time he met Joan Vinyals, antiquarian, who walk the eventually became his first dealer.
