Please observe the measurements.The dress is very much in a Herve Leger bandage dress style and is really 7 curvy strips across the front and back. the top and then up and over the shoulders appear to be small swarovski crystals. Apart from the one loose shoulder sleeve seam, the dress is in excellent condition with no other flaws I can find. Shoulder to shoulder is just over 15", the bust is around 36" with only minor stretch, the waist is 28", the hips are 34" to 36" with the stretch - I think 37" would start getting a little tight, and is 34" in length.
