Overall good/average condition considering its age (1914!!!) with some surface, edgewear, front cover board quite worn, some pages have edge tears, binding is a bit loose in some spots of the book, some pages have a bit of pencil scribbles, many pages displaying yellowing of the pages and thumb/finger edge prints. NO MISSING PAGES, NO DAMAGE THAT COVERS ILLUSTRATIONS OR TEXT BLOCK. ALL text and illustrations are in good shape free of damage ! Book title/Publisher is faded listed on the spine cover in white lettering and on the full page paste down plate on the front cover. Blank endpages.
